Alberta's new New Home Buyer Protection Act

The Government of Alberta has set up this website to assist home builders, buyers and others to familiarize themselves with the new obligations imposed by the New Home Buyer Protecttion Act (Alberta).

It is worth a look as this is the law as of February 1, 2014.
